Registration fees for Grades K to 8:

One Child - $50
Two children - $80
Three + Children - $120.

Please submit your "Permission and Medical Treatment Waiver' to the office. Form is availble below - just print and fill out.

If your child is going to be preparing to receive First confession, First Communion, please also submit your the additional form to the DRE's office as well and include a copy of your child's baptismal certificate. Form is availble below - just print and fill out.
